I was spoken to extremely rudely when I went to pick something up this afternoon that Dr Sarah Colby had left me at reception. In turn, I could not pick it up, as they had a vaccination clinic running which I wasn’t aware off.

Had a very bad experience with Dr Tony Law, highly unprofessional and instead of treating a patient and asking the patient their actual symptoms, she kept pointing to the origin of my country and prevalence of certain diseases there and was very rude when i said i was not aware of it, would not recommend it to people from different ethnic cultures.

Great practice. I drive over an hour to attend here. Friendly staff at reception, good choice of Drs. If they are running a bit behind time it is due to the fact the Drs care about all patients. Re the one 'one star' review, looks like he only leaves bad reviews, except for one car wash joint. See for yourself, visit them, then make up your mind.

I have my Intellectual handicapped daughter attending this so called Dr Toni Law who has no compassion if my daughter is running late this doctor refuses to see her and charges her a cancellation fee my daughter needs to depend on a co worker to get to her appointments and this happened a few times scamming the vulnerable.

Can't say enough good things about this place. Been coming here since I was a teen and now happily drive 30 minutes because I wouldn't go anywhere else with my family. The doctors, nurses and reception are all friendly and professional and have helped us with a wide range of medical issues and checks over the years. They are also fantastic with children and so supportive to new parents. They genuinely care about their patients and you never feel like you're being rushed out the door.Thank you to everyone at Glen Forrest Medical!

I wanted to make an appointment to see a doctor I had previously seen at this practice. I am concerned and worried over a medical issue. The practice refuse to make an appointment with the doctor despite having seen her before. They are saying that I am not a regular patient. So because I barely see the doctor and dont visit the surgery every week to say hello I'm penalised. Not good enough GFMC. As a patient I shouldn't be pushed to see a different doctor I don't feel comfortable with. Especially as a current patient of the doctor I wanted to see.

Been going to this clinic since I was 5 and I now take my own kids there 30 years later. Dr Brennan can be hard to get into but is extremely holistic and personal. Dr Toni Law is particularly amazing for my kid. She goes the extra mile and is never afraid to tell it like it is. If she thinks a paid professional isn't doing the right thing by her patient, that person better watch out!
