I called Auto Sense Automotive for a few questions about servicing for my Golf GTI Mrk 7 (stage 2 APR). Eugene was very informative, Professional and most of all honest about pricing.As an Australian it’s hard finding a mechanic thats trust worthy, At Auto Sense Automotive they tell you how much its going to cost for the parts and labour costs. They will hide nothing from you and tell you how it is which is something very rare.Eugene will be completely transparent with you, through out servicing, tuning or upgrading needs.I don’t know much about cars but they didn’t take advantage of that, personally that’s a win in my books alone!!

Very professional and friendly, I Popped up this morning asking for a RWC without booking (not recommended), however I got the result in the same day:)Actually I googled a different shop in the same street, being told the earliest available day is 4 weeks later!! And then luckily I found Auto Sense by seeing its panda logo. Will definitely come back for other services.

Had my service done by a trustworthy and professional mechanic instead of a ripoff 4s service centre, honest with pricing on parts or labour, much better communication than 4s servicing centre regarding to issues, providing diagnosis and options, highly recommand!

The wrost experience I've ever had!!! I have booked RWC for Friday, when I came in, they told me that they do not have my booking record, are you kidding me.. You guys never write down customer details when they make phone booking?Then the reception ''kindly'' arranged a time slot for me. After they inspected my car, they told me that I need to replace my front windscreen, front headlights and 2 rear tyres. I am OK with the 2 rear tyres, as I knew they are quite old and need to get replaced. But for windsreen and front headlights?! Nothing wrong with the windscreen and the front headlights only need some polishing job. They quoted me almost $AUD1000 dollars including these unnecessary replacements. ($200 for the tyres, almost $AUD 800 for unnecessary replacements). This is extremely ridiculous!I immediately found another auto service for RWC, after their inspection, I was told that I only need to replace 2 rear tyres ($200). Nothing wrong with the Windscreen, and they polished the front headlights for free!! (Auto sense told me that I need to change the whole 2 front headlights, the new one polished them for free? how ironic!!)Please avoid this auto service!

Absolutely fabulous quality of customer service & professional service provided!Went in for a general minor service for my car, easy booking procedure, quick service done within 3 hours.The waiting room has a ps4 if you’re bored. Free beverages as well.Will be visiting this workshop again when my car is due for service again.

Have been there for my car service, the boys there really looked after me as a family. They are professional patient and transparent. They use great product and provide great service. Will definitely bring my other cars there.

A place where the staffs care how much they would charge the customer more than how good service they could provide. I don’t know how tough they have been through during the pandemic but I was so speechless to hear the guy was always emphasizing how many hours they would spend on the work and how much the rental price they need to pay for surviving. No any customer is not coming to do the donation or charity alright?No place could reply to the bottom funny response. So I re-edit it again.You said you follow what sort of rule, but you changed your words from the first time $240 for overall then you found out you can’t fix it up and changed it to $120/h and promised it would be finished in 2 hours and then said needs 3 hours the next morning.I respect your rule but not the way you change your words.What’s more, thankfully I do really know somewhere mechanics they treasure what they could do for customers than how much they might spend. They don’t charge even they spend time and effort doing some checking but found out there’s nothing can do. And if it’s not I was too naive to believe someone else I would definitely not come in.
