We would highly recommend Melbourne Renovations, we couldn’t be happier with our new bathroom, everyone was so professional from the admin to the trades the quality of workmanship was exceptional and communication from the site manger was second to none. All trades were friendly and on time what more could you ask. Each trade cleaned up at the end of the time they were here and everything was left clean and tidy by the end of each day. We always knew ahead what was happening and who would be coming here each day.The quoting was detailed and any queries we had were answered quickly and efficiently.

We were so thrilled with Melbourne Renovations in every aspect of the process. We had windows replaced, which required reconstruction of an exterior wall. We are extremely pleased with the result. Dave, the builder was excellent. We were very impressed with his skills and work ethic. Highly recommend them.

My wife & I could not rate Tim & Kris highly enough.When we decided to renovate budget was an issue but the main focus was contacting professional & capable tradesmen.We were extremely lucky when we chose Melbourne Renovations.Starting with an Ensuite Reno, and watching them at work we requested replacement of Kitchen & Laundry cupboards and drawers.Excited with the works man ship we then continued with renovating our main bathroom & separate toilet.All this work included tiling, painting and new showers.Then we requested a arch wall to be removed separating the Lounge & Dining rooms.In conclusion we had tiles installed on the front porch.Couldn’t be happier with the results,Budgets were metAll rubbish removed expeditiouslyVery east to deal withThe boys were very tidy and concerned with keeping us informed and happy throughout the work period.I’m sure relatives & friends will be using them in the near future once COVID restrictions are eased and home visits are allowedThanks Tim & Kris

Earlier this year my husband and I decided to undertake a major renovation of our house that was going to necessitate the relocation of our laundry to the other side of the house in order to enlarge our kitchen. This was something we had hoped to do for many years but had hesitated in taking on because it seemed such a big undertaking, requiring the removal of several interior walls and the complete gutting of our outdated and very small existing kitchen. How glad we are that we chose Melbourne Renovations to help us achieve our dreams. Tim and Chris’s years of experience and their high level of technical expertise and professionalism in renovation and construction ensured that the work they undertook for us was of the highest standard and we are so pleased with our beautiful new kitchen. We greatly valued Tim’s advice and suggestions regarding layout, materials and colour schemes. He gave us a lot of his time to make sure that the final kitchen plan was everything that we wanted. I also appreciated Tim’s patience and understanding on those many occasions during the renovation process when the whole thing at times seemed a bit overwhelming and I had various changes of mind about what I actually wanted. We recently used Melbourne Renovations for the second time to complete our master suite renovation. I suppose that speaks volumes in itself. (The fact that we went for a second renovation and used the same company). When we were choosing the style and finishes of our renovation I wanted an easy process so I presented the team with some pictures of what I wanted from magazines and Pinterest and they came back with some styles, colours, tiles etc that I could choose from. This made the process really quick and easy and the turnaround time for choosing different finishes tiles tap etc. was really quick. I didn’t want to have to spend weekends traipsing around tile and tapware shops.I’ve heard people say that renovating is something that they would avoid and I’ve heard lots of horror stories but I really have to say that our experience has been second to none and I wouldn’t hesitate to do it all again using Melbourne Renovations.Their tradies themselves have nothing but good things to say about Chris and Tim and this is really refreshing to hear when you chat to them about the people you have engaged to pull apart your house.Aside from their top quality workmanship, they are a real pleasure to deal with. Everyday they clean up after themselves and are very proud of their work. Happy, pleasant nice bunch of blokes. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone.Now that the job is complete, we actually miss having the crew around. Thanks Tim and Chris.
