The programme does a fantastic job of evaluating where your child is at and helping to close any gaps while also getting them up to grade level. We observed significant progress. The check-in phone calls are wonderful, and it's wonderful to know that someone is keeping track of and caring about where your child is and how they're doing. This is such a great way to support kids outside of school in a flexible fun way. My daughter went from have zero confidence with maths to having learnt the topic weeks in advance, so that by the time it was being taught in the classroom, she’d seen it before. Total game changer for her and for her confidence. Best thing we ever did.

We found it was quite useful for our son in helping with his spelling and vocabulary recognition. The staff are always very pleasant to deal with. Would highly recommend LiveTutor.

Absolutely steer clear. We paid $1500 for 1 term - wouldn’t give us a refund out of a $6000 payment plan - did agree to cancel our plan though. Our sons grades actually dropped and still wouldn’t give us a refund. Had contacted the representative who sold us this program 3 weeks in and didn’t get a reasonable follow up at the time. Decided off our own back to give it a go.The tutors mostly had no cameras and this I was told was a must for all tutors to provide a genuine connection - a main part actually, they rushed and tried to end session times early, when we listened in on some of the tutoring sessions the tutors quickly changed to a friendly tone. Our son may have done well with the tutoring somewhat but my instincts were correct. I would more recommend talking to your school for academic assistance or go to someone like Cluey. Or just let your child progress naturally without the pressure nor financial pressure of paying for tutoring. They put it down to admin fees that they couldn’t refund us the $1500, I would have expected they would have atleast refunded half. Money not wasted though as we would never give them our business again. Do not recommend at all.

Since I enrolled my daughter with LiveTutor Online learning education she has come out top in her class. This program has enabled her to be competent and confident with her studies.
