The owner MANNER is worst than his fACE. I don’t know what he thinks of himself, such a rude service n arrogant man I have never seen. I suggest u to get some manner, we are paying for our stuffs not asking for free. N they sell old date goods with new stickers on, I found one as well.

Visited the store for the first time the other day...such arrogant rude people, They talk down to people and consider themselves above their customers. There are two other indian shops a few doors down with much more friendly and helpful service.The owners at Siddhivinayak should realise that Indian caste system and discrimination based on skin colors do don't hold water in Australia...

The worst grocery shop I have ever experience I want a coconut for puja purpose I could not find any where suddenly one of the couple apporch me and told me that I could find there and then I went suddenly then I was carrying a plastic bag he look me from up to down and say no like it was just a couple of minute the people who were buying the sweets they got the coconut and I bought sweet from another shop I didn’t get it I know it’s business but where is the humanity I wold never recommend my family or friend to shop over there worst ever

Great store and has almost everything but a couple of them running the store could use a training or two in customer service and courtesy.Sad that I have to leave everything Australian about me outside before I get in and rush out.

It's an excellent Indian grocery store. It's one of the cleanest and best organised. The folks running it are always helpful and polite.
