Managed to find and deliver a replacement assembly for a rather old and budget spec piece of consumer equipment that I had given up hope on.I'm so surprised and happy to have received the assembly this morning in perfect NOS condition, very well packaged and delivered on time.

They have nothing in stock. They order the item from a supplier after you order it. They have no idea whether the supplier has any in stock; or in fact whether the item has even been discontinued. This all leads to ridiculously long and uncertain delivery timeframes, with the constant potential for customers demanding refunds.My order was not available at all, and I had to make a PayPal claim to get my refund. Do not buy from them. Go elsewhere.

Yeah probably my fault, but their customer service is very average.I ordered a part for my DeWalt Planer, it is very small and light weight, still I was charged $12 shipping. This item would fit in an envelope and cost a $1 to send TBH.I realised I actually need another one. I contacted them and asked if I am able to pick up a second one directly from them as they are only a few suburbs away. They said no. I then asked if the shipping could be sent as an envelope (to make it cheaper), they said no to that too.Sorry, but $24 for 2 small parts shipped a few suburbs is straight up extortion.Also their website states shipping within 5-10 days. It was 2 weeks before my item was packed and shipped.

After reading all your reviews I have to say I felt somewhat daunted after placing 2 orders with over the net. Due to a current project underway I needed some parts urgently. I ordered these parts with Tool Spare Parts and after a few days with no communication from them I decided to send them an email to which was replied to fairly quickly by Ryan. Ryan was very good and acted in a professional manner. He took care of my orders in a timely manner and left me with a sence of security with my orders. Thank you. Cheers Harvey

Great experience the first time I used them, quick turn around and quality parts. Second time has been average, they state 5-10 business days but it’s been 16 so far, several emails with no response. I finally called and was told there was a Christmas backlog....??? I find that to believe, but is it is the case a simple email response would have been great. Will use them again, hopefully it was a once off....

Delivery took 4 weeks!!! And I only got it in that time because I called. I wonder what I paid $11 shipping for?! Considering that I would have had to order from China if Tool Spare Parts didn't exist, I'll give 2 stars

3 weeks after I placed my order I called to find out what was happening and was told my order was due to ship within the next 2 days. An hour later I got an email from them telling me that My order was refunded. Daily calls for the past week and they are still trying to tell me they have refunded my order, but no payment has been received. DONT TRUST THESE PEOPLE.. I am now going to have to follow up with legal action in an attempt to get my money back.

Have a great shopping experience here. For repairing my beloved Milwaukee recipro saw I ordered some parts, unfortunately I picked wrong parts from a wrong diagram! Just for a try I wrote a mail and got a quick positive response. Now I have received correct parts and fitted on the saw ( all perfect working I love it), and they refund the balance to me. That's really good! I feel this shop is that you can trust, and the stuffs are happy to help, just like stuffs you meet everyday in local shops. That's nice.

ordered on 5/12/20 after several emails to which no reply item arrived 12/1/21 sent it back Return To Sender. still no response on 18/1/21 so phoned them only to get we are busy will get around to your refund about 22/1
