Was recommended to come to this showroom and was not disappointed.It is an extremely large showroom with a beautiful display of beautiful tiles presented well so was very was easy for me and my wife to see everything on offer making it easy for us to make the selection. Very knowledgeable sales staff aswell

Went this morning only to be greeted by a rude and unhelpful woman. The moment I asked her to look at the tile I brought in to find one close to the same pattern and colour, she went on a 10 min ramble without listening to me first. As I patiently waited for her to finish I tried to clarify but she kept on rudely talking over me without letting me finish. I decided to just walk away when my wife heard the useless conversation as I've wasted my time already on someone who thinks she knows everything. She just can't be bothered to go through her tiles to match what I brought so essentially 'talked me out of it'. Never again. Should have seen the low rating in the first place! Don't waste your time! The woman should stick to her paperwork in the back office! Get someone with basic manners and customer service etiquette.
