Please do not buy land in this area, they do not care about people they only care about your money, you will not get good service or communication at all. once you pay deposit and sign the contract, be very aware and look somewhere else.

Please be careful to buy in this estate as you can’t Nominate can’t do resale only build it and sell please read contract before signing because when you ask the agent selling there they only tell you is easy for you guys to fo Nomination or resale but end of yhe day you stuck with the contract please I request you when you are buying in such a estate please read the contract carefully and save you time Thanks
