Nina was wonderful. She is patient and kind and carried out the most pain free ultrasound I have ever had. 10/10 recommend seeing her.

Even if having a biopsy is a stressful situation, I need to say this was a very good experience in general. The customer service is great, attention was super cordial, punctual and I loved the stuff involved in the procedure. The calm that Dr Paul passes is beautiful and holding his hand while having the other Dr practicing the procedure was so much appreciated

I got left on the table during the transvaginal ultrasound procedure, because someone knocked the door then the sonographer (Joanne) needed to speak to them. I thought it would be quick, but not at all. Waited in the room for ages then she came back and finished up the procedure in just a few minutes!Couldn’t she just use few more minutes finish the procedure first and then have that long conversation with them, instead of leaving the patient on the table for ages?Not sure if here is a professional place to have ultrasound, as this situation never happened before at any other places.If you don’t want to be left on the table during procedure, then don’t come here, or hope you won’t have the same sonographer.

Called on Friday to organise an xray for Saturday as the website states 4pm close. Confirmed with staff they accept walk ins and they definitely close at 4pm. Drove 30 minutes on Saturday, arrived at 1:30pm and no one was there. So I had to drive an hour round trip for nothing. Why say you're open when you're not?
