I rang in for valerian forte by natures own ,thought to check their stock .yes I was told, I then asked the price .online it was 16 dollars they confirmed the price was the sameWhy in hell was I charged twenty six dollars and then treated like a moron for questioning the price hikeNever again

Very bad customer service as I recalled my last visit on ( ) i went to chemist warehouse perfume section and wanted to test scents before buying perfume. I was serve by one of the staff not only she was rude but also did not know how to communicate with customer! We had a stiff moment when she refused what i asked and one of the lady in medicine line came and asked what happened I choose not to say anything to avoid arguments which seems to be time consuming. What a horrible experience. The staff here really need to work on their manners with customer.

Worst customer service, if you want cheap and nasty this is the chemist for you. They sell faulty products and refuse refunds. Terrible service, Will never return.

Friendly and informative staff! Just what you expect from a Chemist. I found that some of the perfumes and other general household products are cheaper to buy here than in other brand stores.

misleading the customers with different price tags for the same product, manager didnt know the rules about displaying the price tags.Charged me extra $45 for the items which are in discount, said by the manager their is different price tag with different cost in another spot and they later replied its mistaken by staff.very ridiclous, manager dont know how the australian rules works!!!!! very sadd

Worst chemist in Griffith. Not at all knowledgeable and mislead customers into purchasing products not suitable for sale. Also refuse to provide refunds which is a breach of consumer law. Avoid this place and go somewhere else!!

Waited 15 mins to be served at the prescription counter to get a medical certificate. I finally asked for one and the woman roled her eyes at me. I was told it will be an hour wait and was asked, did I really need one... please!. Rubbish customer service. Gladly took my money somewhere else.
