Visited the club recently for Junior games on a hot day. Unfortunately the club were only able to supply shade to their own teams and not for any of the visitor clubs.Extremely disappointing and does not convey a sense of fair play from Brisbane City FC.

Unfortunately, I had a terrible experience today at the uniform shop. They’ve advised at the club App they would be open from 5:30pm.I was patiently waiting for them to open with other two players who were complaining of the lack of information received, as they were there last week and the shop did not open as advertised. The two boys had to leave and could not wait any longer.A lady who seemed very friendly approached us to say she would find the keys to open the shop, it was around 5:38pm.She could not find the keys or the person responsible for holding the keys to open the shop, and came back to give us an update.I mentioned that this was very frustrating for us waiting, as we had other things to do, drive the kids back home, sleep time, etc (none of her business-however I believe that everyone with a minimum of common sense would be able to understand that we have a life outside of BCFC and could not be there waiting forever).I just wanted to know how long it would take for someone to open the shop or if the shop was going to open at all as advised - and having two players complaining beside me that they have been there last week just to find the shop closed, just made me unsure if the information was correct in the club app.I was polite and just sharing the frustration as all of us have a night routine to follow with the kids. She mentioned that it would take another few minutes as the person was not there yet. I said I would wait another 10minutes and suggested that it would be good to update the app if they are running late to open the shop, so we are all aware of it.I wasn’t in any means, rude, and did not had an attitude with this lady at all. After she gave me the information I thank her for the update and kept waiting for another few minutes and that was it.For my surprise when who seemed to be her boss came, I could see she talking to “the boss” saying that was complaining. When this lady who I think is her boss opens the window to serve her customers, including me, she had an extremely unprofessional and rude atitude towards me, as if she was there doing me a huge favour. No apologies for being late, no hi, nothing.Just came with an atitude , extremely rude and snobby asking if I did complain.I said that I was talking to the lady who was trying to find the keys to open the store how long it would be for someone to open it, as I had to drive the kids back home etc and that would be good to update the app if they are running late, and I asked her: is this a problem to say this ?! I had to ask her this question a few times as she wasn’t answering me.I cannot believe that someone who should be doing a professional customer service can have this sort of atitude towards a client.Terrible customer service.I ended up buying my son a winter jacket as we were there waiting for it and he needs one for his trainings now.My son really likes his coach, and that is why I’ve made a decision to keep him at BCFC for now.Terrible experience at the uniform shop. Was planing to go to the pizza night with family and friends tomorrow but definitely not a place that I want to be apart from watching my son’s trainings.I hope they are not the only employees doing customer service at this store. That would be a shame.

Pokey little field of 12 grass varieties and dirt. Change rooms only have a urinal so super inaccessible for our diverse game.

The atmosphere was great. I was there to watch a friend play football. The amenities were clean. The food was mainly fried such as chips, chicken nuggets, popcorn chicken, burgers and pizza. The staff behind the bar were friendly.

Queensland Football's best facility. A full restaurant, bar & beer garden overlooking the field. A large covered grandstand with comfortable corporate boxes and a superb playing surface. Game or no game this is the place to go!
