Parramatta Bike Tours

I got the brakes on my kid's bike fixed. Great value for money and speedy service. They also tightened the handle bars without charging any extra. Very good covid safety too with both drop off and payment done outside.

I really enjoyed my experience with Parramatta Bike Tours. The location was easy to find and not too far from Westfield and the train station which was great. The staff were all very welcoming and offered fantastic advice. They recommended that I hire the E-bike and I'm glad I did because it made riding up hills a lot easier than normal. I found the pricing affordable for the bike hire too (I took the E-bike for a ride around the river and Parramatta Park and saw lots of native wildlife including some water dragons!). I plan on coming back to do some of the bike tours to learn more about the local area and find hidden gems in Parramatta!

Easy process to book and pay for a bike, then pick up from the office. You'll get a briefing about the bike if you're not familiar with it, and some maps according to where you want to go. Staff friendly and emphasised they were always available on the phone if required.

A great tourism service in Parramatta to experience the hidden gems located in the Parramatta area. The staff are very friendly, informative and knowledgeable. I took an e-bike tour around the precinct and along the river, and discovered so many places that I didn't even know Parramatta had (even though I am a local!). Such a great experience - I highly recommend it.

This is hands down the best thing I have done in Parramatta! Thanks to this incredible business, I got to see parts of Parramatta I didn't even know existed. I loved the location, the vast range of bikes to choose from; especially the availability of the E-bikes! I couldn't believe how affordable and how fair the prices were and I was very happy with the service. Charlene was also so helpful and thoughtful. She made sure everyone, especially kids were safe, secure, comfortable and ready to go. I loved it. Highly recommend!
