I work around the corner so always having to bring shoes or keys or random objects to be repaired and every time i visit i always have the same amazing service provided. He can do anything i ask him to, in record time at an amazing price. 10/10 service and always leave happy

Do not get anything engraved here! I bought a silver frame from David Jones, brought it to the owner/operator here and he made so many scratches on the frame. Refused to acknowledge that it was his work which caused it, used glass cleaner to try get it out which made it worse and then raised his voice at me and told me to never come back if I’m not happy! Absolutely unacceptable. I should have known better when I arrived and saw him reading a book - good engraving/shoe repair places are always so busy but he had no work. I’ve learnt for next time!

Fantastic customer service. Mr Khuu repaired the broken arm of my prescription glasses straight away (when OPSM said they could/would not). I’m ‘helpless’ without my glasses and you saved the day. Thank you again for your assistance yesterday.

He’s a Asian with no brain who works there he charged me 20$ to engrave something that didn’t last that flaked everywhere and it cut into my hands and made it bleed he’s a horrible personwho rips people off I highly recommend someone fire Vinh from Mr Min CBD
