Umps Health

The Umps Health system is brilliant. It’s an unobtrusive way of providing family and carers with peace of mind when it comes to the wellbeing of our loved ones when we can’t be with them. I recently set up the Umps Health home monitoring system for my 81 year old mother who lives alone in the family home. Adam and the team at Umps have been really helpful with prompt responses to my queries and timely despatch of the system. The cost of the system and the monthly monitoring fee is very affordable. It is so simple to plug in and set up and now that it is up and running it is very reassuring to be able to log in and check that mum is up and about and going about her daily routines without having to ring and bother her.

A big “Thank You!” To the Umps Health team! My 90 year old mother has been able to stay safely in her own home longer than I would have expected thanks to Adam and the Umps team. The Umps app is brilliant and so easy to use. It has given Mum a greater sense of security. If you are a senior or have older family members or friends, I highly recommended Umps!

Umps has been a fantastic tool to have for my grandma! It’s allowed us to check in with her more often and relieved a lot of anxiety for us. I’d highly recommend it.

Why don't you make a product that does not take more money off the elderly with a monthly subscription fee. Discussing!

I agree with other comments. Really impressed with this service. Thus far it has allowed my elderly mother to remain in her own home but with some level of discrete monitoring. Would recommend to others.

Amazing app. It gives me peace of mind to know that my elderly father is up and about. It’s impossible to be there 24 hours a day. It’s enabled my Father to be able to stay home a little longer. Adam was an amazing help when we had trouble in the first 2 weeks. I would recommend this for anyone who needs to keep their elderly parents home with some independence.

Having Umps have been a blessing! Just recently mums phone was down for 2 weeks. It was so easy to check if she was up etc in the app!

This system is amazing. We have been using this for years and it has alerted us on numerous occasions, keeping Mum safe while living independently. Fantastic technology and easy to use!

Received an UMPS system for our mother who was suffering from dementia.Arrived quickly and found easy to set up.To be able to monitor what she was doing was very handy - especially first thing in morning. We could see that she had opened fridge and turned kettle on etc.Was also handy in that it alerted us to when her power had possibly gone down.Very happy with it and would recommend it to anyone with elderly parents still living by themselves.Jim

Used in parallel with medi alert. My mother in law occasionally forgets to push the medi alert button. When we attempt to contact her by phone she really answers. The umps system has assisted in significantly reducing the number of physical home visits that were not requiredHighly recommend this service.
