Really upset that our Stone for the vanity arrived without the sink cut out. For future reference it may help customers if you communicate well and ensure they are aware they will have to organise a stone Mason independently to cut the sink cut out.

Kirsten from Highgrove Geelong was super helpful. I went in knowing what I wanted and needed and she was able to narrow down my options to make the process super smooth and efficient. The stock was on hand and dispatched immediately upon payment and the process couldn't have been easier. I bought everything for my bathroom from high groves Geelong, we checked off every box with the invoice before acceptyour order after opening the order we realised one piece was missing from our shower set, I called to resolve the issue and was spoken to very rudely by the receptionist who said her documents showed that everything was there. I told her every box was there but one piece was missing from the box she was very rude and unhelpful about the whole situation and now I will be paying again for the same thing I already paid for very disappointing and a waste of time and money. I have also seen the Same worker I spoke to on the phone in store and she along with the other workers was always unhelpful and reluctant to help. I hate to wait and interrupt their personal conversations several times and getting her out of her chair for assistance was a mission every time. The products and prices are great but customer service is terrible

We purchased items for our bathroom renovation 2 years ago and were really pleased with the quality and the friendly service (we liked the brushed nickel products in particular). Staff were really helpful and accommodating.

We have recently completed renovating our 2 bathrooms and a laundry. We purchased everything we needed from Highgrove Bathrooms Geelong and were extremely happy with the support and guidance we received from all staff members we chatted with. We found the quality of their products to be very good and the cost quite reasonable. We highly recommend you visit the store if you are planning any bathroom renovations or new builds.
