I bought a new phone but had not a clue how to do the change over from old phone. Santosh was so patient and helpful. Telstra usually gives lousy service but there are some great people.

They don’t answer the phone, they put you through to a message during the day. What kind of a business just dosent pick up the phone from customer during the day.

Extremely terrible customer service. No other words to say. If I ever wanted to feel disappointed and let down, I would just go here.

NEVER AGAIN!!! 5 days to solve an issue, countless phone calls, and messages on what they consider an app. Issue was resolved by Optus in 15mins including the wait in the queue.The amount of money these guys make to staffing levels is crazy!!Save your stress head for someone else. Even Voda must be better than Telstra!!

Pretty good shop. Service ok even when busy. Would have been handy to know that my phone didn't have a charger with it so had to make a special trip into town to pick up a $30 charger. That's a big fail. Also being a life long customer if I saw a phone on special that I likes and I said can you put it away for me that should have been done but apparently they don't do that. Well there's a fail too. So while pretty good it was far from excellent.

The girl, who I’m guessing was a supervisor, made me feel embarrassed in front of other customers.Walked out and went to Optus where I then cancelled my account with Telstra and received the best service which I had never received from this particular Telstra store and received some great ad ons onto my new Optus plan.After reading most of the previous reviews, you would think you would do something about your staff but clearly not as it’s an ongoing issue.I’m glad I don’t have to put up with the Telstra app ever again as-well.I was with Telstra for the past 10 years so I was quite upset when I was treated the way this one lady did.Good bye Telstra. You won’t be missed.

Terrible customer service. Waited 15 minutes to pay a bill and still nobody could be bothered helping me. Waste of time

Telstra has got to be one of the worst companies I’ve ever come across. Being flicked around to use the app and not getting any customer service in store is ridiculous. This might be alright if the app was even half decent. Do not recommend.

Worst service staff. Supervisor is very rude and unprofessional. Changed the service provider so i do have to deal with these people ever again. Would have given no star at all if i had an option
