Great estate to live in. Community minded, friendly and safe. Pool, pond and playground. Close to M7 and M5. Near lots of shops, literally 2 minutes away. However you don't feel like you're in built up suburbia. Also close to the train station with more infrastructure being put in all the time. We also have a security guard. Favourite place I've lived in since being in Sydney.

No public transport, dangerous walk for kids to school as no foot paths along main road. Poorly designed development

It's nice and quiet other than the trains that loudly pass depending where you live. There are buses you can catch just outside that you can also catch to Edmonson Park Train Station for anyone who's saying there is no public transport. there is no footpath from ingleburn gardens to Bardia primary school but there is a track people use and no history of accidents between cars and people on the main road. For access to the pool and park you need to be a resident to get a key card you pay $50, then when you return it when you're moving house and you leave the estate you get your $50 back but if you don't bring it back it gets cancelled. They are also building another pool and park area.Recently there has been spottings of snakes as it is a new area but there has also been lots of break ins
