Super efficient and effective. Did a fantastic job and I could just chill in my car whilst they cleaned the exterior. Great for bigger or modified cars that can’t go through the drive through car washes.

I was disappointed with the effort this morning from this crew. I had an as new vehicle detailed and paid the premium. There were numerous dirty spots and marks in easy to get at areas around the car which I had to have them attend to.Bug marks still on the screen and wipers. When the guy used the same cloth to clean the inside of the mudguards as for the pearl finished paint work that was the last straw. It seems they are riding on past performance just now. Won’t be back.

Extremely poor experience. I handed over the keys went inside and was working. They called me when the car was done. Still wasnt cleaned properly from inside. Told them by pointing out myself what things are not cleaned. When got back home could see my back seat was totally undone. Extremely disatisfied by the service given on account of 69 dollars.

The guys at MCHW did an amazing job on my very dirty, little yellow MG3… so sparkly and clean inside and out now! I am very happy with the job and the service. All in under 45 minutes! Thanks guys! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I’ve used Magic Hand Car Wash before and I’ve usually been happy with their work but, on this occasion, the quality of the vacuum was pretty poor. My car was pretty dirty when I booked it in but it looked like it was just given a cursory once over without any effort put in. Certainly no indication of the extra mile for the customer. The staff were all very polite, friendly and quick but the when I open the door and the floor mats still have paper and leaves on them, it makes me rethink spending $119 with them. Not worth the money.26/2/23 - Magic Hand asked for the opportunity to rectify the issue and invited me back at any time to have it looked at. As always, the staff were all very polite and friendly and, after doing routine email checks to ensure I was legitimate, they set about fixing the issues. I got my car back in very quick time and the job was done properly, like it usually is there. Great job for taking ownership of the mishap and ensuring it was fixed up. I'll be back again.

Always amazing service from this team. Car's spotless every time I take it in, very courteous & friendly, fast too. We have black carpets and a white haired dog who sheds constantly. They mats are always spotless. Highly recommend!

Magic Hand Carwash have an amazing staff! They accept walk ins and do such a fantastic job! This is my second time visiting their service and I'm not disappointed. I have referred them to friends and family.
