Christian has developed an amazing program based on what I need. He is motivating and pushes me just the right amount so I can improve my strength and fitness. Best personal trainer I’ve ever had.

I have been with Christian for the past 18 months. From day one he has been a true professional in the way he has catered for my individual health and fitness goals and needs. He is always changing it up to keep my workouts challenging and interesting and I look forward to continuing my fitness journey with him .

I’ve been training for just over 1 year and I’m extremely happy with my progress. I’ve lost 15kg and I’ve been getting lots of compliments from friends, family and work mates.We do custom programs and we’re doing a huge variety of exercises, far more than what I’d do by myself.The studio is fantastic and it’s newly renovated. In addition to PT I’ll come into the studio in my own time for additional workouts he’s set.It’s rare that I’ll encounter another person when I have my own sessions - which is awesome. No sharing equipment, no feeling self conscious, no going in at odd times to avoid people - its perfect.This is by far the best investment I’ve made in myself and I highly recommend giving PT a go.

CZ Fitness is great, Christian is very friendly and approachable.I have done both his PT sessions and his group sessions, and he does a great job in both. He has helped me regain strength and mobility in shoulder after surgery.Would highly recommend him to anyone.

Absolute legend of a trainer , knows his stuff always good vibes and makes me feel comfortable while actually getting results . The studio is fantastic to have access to as well , great to be in a community of like minded people has certainly contributed to my change in outlook towards and health & fitness the results speak for them self
