Family of 6, and oven broke. Much needed.Rang ABS, spoke to friendly lady in office. She organised for someone to come to our home the next day to repair it. Turned up early, and quickly fixed the problem. Back cooking again thanks to ABS.

After a shocking experience at first.... and maybe because of it original review. Things have changed dramatically. Customer service has improved a 100%. I hope it will remain like this for everyone who will access the services from ABS. Thank you front office ladies for making this a good experience afterall.

7 people in the family and washing machine breaks. Called ABS service solution , and same day service. Machine was fixed within a few hours. Price was very reasonable and he was awesome. Would highly recommend ABS for fast service. Thankyou

After our very expensive coffee machine was 2 months out of warranty, the large retail chain we bought it from, didn't want to help, but offered to sell us a new one.Called ABS and they were on it straight away. Fixed the problem, with friendly tradie. Great price. Office staff very responsive and easy to talk to.Thankyou.Give them a try.

Not happy with the service compared to what they charge. It was clearly seen some wires were burnt in fridge. They asked us to change whole compressor unit. Had other guy fixed it for us for nearly third of ABS’s call up charge.Ridiculous.

Coffee machine group head was not holding pressure. They charged 125 to look at it, then we didn't hear from them for 2 weeks. When I called to follow up, it had been looked at ages ago and they hadn't bothered to contact me. They couldn't find anything and said it was working fine. I picked it up (no refund) and trialled the machine the moment I got home. Same issue, first try. Upon talking with a colleague he suggested changing out the seal which solved the issue in 5 mins for less than $20. Awful service - don't bother
