Very poor service from Mega Hire. For the last few times trying to book equipment through their website, every time they called me back saying the equipment has already been booked out. If that's the case, why are the booking dates was still available on their website or by phone for those dates I needed. Recommend them to upgrade their website or booking system so that it won’t cause any more issues for other people who wish to hire equipment from them.

Just wanted to say how impressed I’ve been with everyone at MegaHire. Your service has been amazing. Everyone has been so patient and super helpful. Joel gave great advice and the driver who delivered and picked up the digger took his time and I never felt rushed or an inconvenience.I appreciate that there were no hidden costs or sudden extras added on at the end. It’s given me such a positive experience with hiring that I’ll be recommending others to have a go at DIY and using MegaHire.

I organised a quote which was very reasonable and was the factor that made me choose the company. I received the quote in good time and made my project plans around this.Later, I was called and told that the quote was wrong and the employee blamed another staff member for the mistake. He even managed to laugh about the situation that was going to cost me $400 and never even apologised for the inconvenience caused. A new quote was sent to me at almost double the cost of the first one with no acknowledgement of the problem this would cause.

Worst experience ever. We have hired a toilet from them, since october 2021, they are charging us service fee which has never been done, I have been calling them everyday, each day they tell me tomorrow. Toilet is full all the way to the top. Never recommend anyone, or even if you are going to hire one make sure you take photo each day otherwise you will get ripped off for no service

I can not thank you Joel and the boys enough from mega hire.My son Harley recently passed away on the 21st of march 2023I wanted to do a balloon release for harley at his wake after the funeral we had over 160 single heluim balloons and Joel and the boys helped me out with a big full boxed in trailer I was just going to get a friend to put them in her big van but luckily enough my girl was thinking as I had way to much on my mind.Organiseing the trailer was so easy the boys did a fantastic job always so polite and very caringAfter a few weeks after my sons funeral we were doing a fundraiser to try and raise some money so we can lay our son to rest so I rang the boys again to hire a BBQ and gas bottles for a sausage sizzle the care and compassion I receieverd from mega hire acciciaridge was so nice I live in coomera it was abit out of my way but I'm so glad I chose these guys I will never go any where else I just want to tell you all if you want great service and great quality and a caring team go through these guys they are so amazing they took all the stress out of a time for me that was really rough so thank you from the bottom of my heart Joel and boys couldn't have done it all without your team regards shaye and family xxxx

Highly recommended!!!8T Excavator hire - fantastic, great value, great machine, excellent customer service and support.25t Excavator hire - disaster, deposit withheld unnecessary for fuel and cleaning (400l diesel receipts and photos provided). Faulty machine delivered to site resulting in one day hire loss. Additional equipment (rock ripper) delivered to site 24H late, day labour loss.Still, even with the deposit and time lost and all the hassle is still good value.I will recommend using them, just factor the deposit in the hire cost.
