Sam is an old fashioned style business man who provides great customer service. No outrageous call out fees and you can call him up till 10 at night! He'll come out at a time convenient for you and knows the technology of most electronic items. Recommended.

Sam was wonderful! I rang and explained that my elderly parents were upset they couldn't watch TV and within the hour he was there. Can't ask for better service than that. Sam was very professional and thorough and made sure everything was working perfectly. Very happy parents and Sam reassured them to ring him anytime if they had any further issues. Very happy with Sam's service and would definitely recommend and use Haberfield TV Service again.

Scammer. Guys don’t go here. We take our Samsung 65” 4K smart Tv here. They said they will tell the price before repairing and after some days they said it will vost 350$+120$ service fee. But they never bother to call us. After almost 2 week when we call them they said it can not be repaired and said us to pay 120$ service fee and take TV. I think this is complete scammer . Please be aware from this guys.

Exceptional old fashioned service by Sam. Such a gentleman who helped me understand my TV problem and fixed it within 48hrs. Sam is up front with costs and came to my house to collect the TV and then he delivered it once the job was completed. 5 star service!

Such a scam. They said that my TV would require a small device replaced and got no response for 2 weeks, i had to contact them and they said that the problem wasn't fixed even after the small part replacement and there's a display problem which is so not true. And now they want me to pay to get my tv back. Which is not fixed but broken more.

Do not trust this guy. Took my samsung tv, never replied back and he said he was waiting for some part from Melbourne. I waited for 2months and he offered me he can find me a new tv because he could not get the part. I asked to give my tv back and never replied back again probably he sold it to somewhere. I reported to police and finally got my tv back but not my money back. Went to samsung official service center and got my tv fixed in 3days. This guy is a scammer apparent did not even opened my tv to fix it. Whoever has this experience should report this to police

Sam gives good old style reliable service, a great knowledge of all TV brands. He collects the TV from your home, with repairs carried out within a few days, quickly and promptly. Highly recommended.

Sam has many years experience in quality control with PYE/Panasonic and as my previous tv technician explained to me Sam also agreed that the old analogue tvs are so well built that they will go on forever unlike the new digital tvs that can be broken very easily and need to be replaced due to the cost of repairing them. Sam went out of his way to find me a replacement topset box and only charged me for one call out fee and the cost of the settop box even though he had two visits and the first topset box was not as compatible as the second one. He told me that he wanted me to be completely satisfied with his service and that he can fix anything electrical. I received exemplary service and would seek his help again if required.

Sam examined our TV and indicated that he could source a replacement TV for a better price than a repair would cost. We were very satisfied with this approach. He was also helpful with instructions on the use of the new TV.
