Isaac is friendly and knowledgeable, and as others have pointed out doesn't try to sell you an expensive option if you don't need it.My requirement was a physical one (broken laptop case), and he did a great job at a good price.A little tricky to find the first time, go down the alley about 50 metres, some stairs on the right, inside go up the stairs to the first floor and it's straight ahead through the door after the landing.....and call first, he's a busy man! :-)

Isaac runs this little computer repair. I had a fault with my iMac and Apple would not let me drop it off for repair without making an appointment first which was a 3 hour return trip for me. Another Mac company quoted $55 per 15 minute block regardless if whether it was fixed or not. Isaac spent lots of time testing and working on the fault only to order and install a new motherboard. Total cost was under $700. Absolutely awesome service, no greed and fixed my problem for a fair price. I don't often do recommendations, but this was just exceptional. Unless your product is under warrenty, give the big guys the flick and support these quality small business who focus on you before their bank account!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I found Isaac to be honest, competent, easy to deal with & beyond reproach. If you want excellence & a good price, I would highly recommend Isaac.
