Sarah was so kind, compassionate, knowledgeable, warm and welcoming! From the minute I walked in, I knew I was in good hands (literally haha). I suffer from chronic neck pain and am very particular about treatment as my neck is so sensitive. Sarah used a variety of techniques including dry needling and massage. After my treatment I felt super light, relaxed and my pain was completely gone. Thank you Sarah and I look forward to seeing you again!

Absolutley amazing massaging techniques! I had my first massage with her, and for the first time I had a proper massage therapist, she listened to my trouble spots and actually acted on those areas instead of continuing on with something I didnt ask for. After having very little range of motion in my neck, I can now look both ways and up and down with much more freedom than I did before, and that was after only half an hour! I highly recommend and now know who I will be going to from now on.Thank you Sara!

Very professional and clean place.She is more then just a sports therapist.I would say shes also an occupational injurie therapist as well. I crawled in with back pain from work and walked out good as gold.Been spending money for years on chiropractors and massages. Just wish i knew of sar message before now i know who to call when i need helpThank you

Very good sports massage therapy for Runners. As a running coach at UP coaching I understand the importance of body maintenance and Sarah does a fantastic job of keeping the engine running. She does great deep massage, cupping and dry needling, including myofascial release. Highly recommended and a great local business.
