College for Adult Learning

I started with CAL last year and it has been such an amazing experience. I started as a nervous student, not sure really what I had gotten myself into!I definitely could not have gotten this far without the help and support of the coaches, but one coach in particular has made such a huge impact on my studying and that wonderful coach is Roma. Roma has always been my best advocate. She mentors me in so many ways.Roma encourages me to stay on track and progress with my units, when sometimes all I want to do is give up.Roma is kind, empathetic, a very good listener and overall just a beautiful human!Roma has a wealth of knowledge and I know I can always count on Roma to support and mentor me when I'm stuck. I don't just consider Roma to be my coach, I also consider her to be a lifelong friend. When I have hit a roadblock with a unit, I can always count on Roma to guide me through and coach me in ways of encouraging me to re-think and reconsider the situation of the case study and this always opens up a new way of thinking and allows me to feel more confident within myself to get me back on track and back into my studying.Roma, I honestly cannot thank you enough. You have become such an inspiration to me and make me feel so confident within myself. I couldn't have made it as far as I have without you.Thank you xx

I have just submitted my last unit for my Diploma of Human Resources Management. Although some of the learner assessment packs need a bit of work, overall I had a great experience. I could not have done it without the support of Kerri. She was an amazing coach, so supportive and really takes the time to explain things and make sure you genuinely understand not just to tick a box. This meant I was actually learning and being challenged along the way. Being able to book in the coaching calls with a resonable amount of avalibility is what sets CAL apart from the other online course providers.

I completed a double diploma in quality assurance auditing and compliance.The application process was smooth, the content was relevant and informative. The teachers and staff were approachable, easy to work with and readily available.Overall, a great experience.

I was initially hesitant when enrolling for CAL for Double Diploma of Practice Management & Leadership. I have no regrets meeting my coach Roma. I have never been keen with online study, as personally I prefer face-to-face learning but with a full-time job, I have found studying with CAL to be more practical with my busy schedule. I would highly recommend Roma to any new students. She is a delight to coach with, she has an aura that's approachable and she is very patient. She is a very encouraging mentor & very professional on giving advice.

With approximately eight years of experience in this field, I remained uncertain about taking the leap into a managerial role. However, after conducting thorough research, I stumbled upon the College of Adult Learning (CAL), which appeared to be the perfect fit for my aspirations.From the very beginning, CAL impressed me with its well-structured study program and the approachability of its teachers. Despite being a mere four months into the course, I have already begun receiving enticing job offers, leaving me immensely content with my decision to enroll. One aspect that particularly stood out about CAL was its flexible payment plans. The accountant I consulted with was incredibly helpful, outlining the options available to me. She recommended paying 50% of the fees upfront, allowing me to save a substantial sum of nearly $700 in account fees.I would like to extend my gratitude to Assessor/Teacher Roma Jaitley, who has been instrumental in my journey right from the start. Roma has not only provided me with a solid foundation in the basics but has also guided me on how to enhance my skills. Her expertise in the industry is evident, and her teaching methods are exceptional. Additionally, CAL ensures that each unit has multiple assessors who can be easily reached via phone calls or Zoom meetings, adding to the convenience and accessibility of the course.One of the significant advantages of CAL's program is its online format, which enables me to maintain full-time employment while pursuing my studies. This flexibility has been invaluable in allowing me to strike a balance between work and education. Overall, my experience with CAL has been incredibly positive, and I eagerly anticipate what the future holds for me in the dental industry.

This rating is purely based on my experience with Marissa L. I have had difficulties with other coach but then I found Marissa. I'll try to keep it short, however Marissa L is the best learning coach that I've encountered whilst my study with CAL.I am so grateful for all the support, encouragement and help I received from her throughout. She is a very kind and considerate towards the time and efforts students put in.She is extremely organised and very responsive. She offers many additional advices/tool to help with the process and she definitely goes out of her way to ensure students are getting what they need.I would highly recommend Marissa L to everyone who are struggling in their course at the moment or taking course with CAL. I would have given 1000 stars if possible for Marissa L!

Great experience with CAL! Materials easy to understand and use, workload and expectations appropriate for our busy working lives, and most importantly, great professional staff always available only a call away, when support required or just for an encouraging chat. The assessor/coach I dealt almost exclusively with, Marissa, has been absolutely fantastic throughout, with advice, coaching, encouragement and support, which I greatly appreciated, especially around the halfway mark, when completing this 2-year course seemed so far away at times! With perseverance and great support, I completed the course and am already thinking about the next one!

I am currently enrolled in the Diploma of Leadership Management, The learning materials and assessments are informative and relevant. The coaches are supportive, provide feedback and great at ensuring the knowledge is applied ready for any Workplace. Great Communication, between coaches, other online students and assessment results. I am looking forward to continuing my Diploma with The College of Adult Learning.
