Took my boyfriend's work boots here to be fixed (more than a year ago) because they had split open around the bottom. Paid around $90 and they looked great, but when he tried to put them on they were too small to even get on (because the room for foot-height had been reduced so much) and we had to throw them out D:I also went here for key cutting a month ago though, which was quick and cheap and earned them back an extra star.

My car key casing broke and a friend recommended Heel and Sole to replace the casing rather than the whole key though my car manufacturer. He was able to replace both casings on my main and spare phone (I managed to break them both!) in a nifty 40mins and a great price for 2. And fab advice for if anything happened in the future. Great service, will be back. Thank you

Stood there for 10 mins behind a lady who was getting something done . Waited waited and he didn’t even acknowledge me. He did see me but no acknowledgement. Just good customer service I would have thoroughly. I’m not demanding but needed a sign to know whether it was worth waiting. Decided to go into coles and come back. He was gone. It wa 2pm. Not this first time. Few weeks ago went done at 4pm and they were closed. Very hit and miss. Unreliable.

Took my heels in today to get new rubber bottoms on them. Not only did the gentlemen working do this for a very low price, he shined the shoe and painted and glued back together the extremely scoffed stiletto heels, making them look as good as new! Such great service, will definitely be returning if I need anything in the future.

I went in to have a new watch battery installed and was not disappointed. Clean cut, polite, professional service at affordable prices with the owner going above and beyond to assist me with my job. I would definitely recommend and would have given more than 5 stars if I was able to.
