The track just ends at Richmond station, it would be great if that extends to bluemountain line till Springwood. Station needs some improvements and basic facilities such as Washroom.

The guy working there yesterday didn’t get his name (really long hair , neat ) was amazing, this guy was thorough and extremely helpful. Definitely need more of him . Whatever his on can’t be enough, give him more money, worth it . Thanks mate

Today (29/01/2020) at approximately midday, I asked the gentleman at the window for help with purchasing a ticket.He went out of his way to show me the efficiency of using my key card if I didn't have an opal card and even brought me out a cup of ice water while I was waiting.This needed to be shared as quality customer service is not always seen in most places, especially when they employees go beyond their job description.Keep up the good work!!
