First time trying the couples deep tissue massage, and like always the best service extremely good massage and so relaxing! I couldn't rate my experience any higher! Can't wait to come back :) Thank you very much guys. Must visit place.....

It was hands down the worst experience I have ever had at a massage place. I booked in for foot reflexology and a neck and shoulder massage The lady kept stopping and answering the phone which she had by her feet and taking walk in bookings. She kept talking to the staff in a really loud voice not relaxing at all. She took me into curtained room for neck massage and left the room three times within the first five minutes to take bookings leaving the curtain open and me laying topless on table. At one point she was massaging my neck with one hand whilst leaning out into the hall taking another walk in booking. It was at this point I got up and left . I will never go back and if you are needing relaxation I suggest you walk on this place is an absolute joke.

I rarely review anything online, but this time I need to vent my frustration. I’ve come out feeling just as cramped as when I went in.It was as if she had never massaged anyone before - and that’s not an exaggeration - I have very high doubts that all staff here are trained correctly. Staff also chat amongst themselves in Chinese throughout massages at borderline unreasonable volume.If this was a $15 massage i wouldn’t be overly fussed but I feel like I have been scammed out of $45. I would rather pay the extra $10 at Shen’s and feel like I’ve gotten my money’s worth.

few years back this was the best place in perth..They usually get talented workers working there now and then.They come and go...

We have tried this place twice and wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt as they have some great reviews. Unfortunately we have had a less than positive experience each time. Booked for two full body massages, arrived on time but were asked to wait an extra 20 minutes. Both my partner and I were really disappointed with the quality of the massage- we are both feeling worse than when we went in. There was a lot of painful poking and digging of elbows with no real flow. It was as though my masseuse had no idea what she was doing and she did not soften her pressure even after I communicated my discomfort to her. I left feeling dizzy and unwell as she was extremely rough with the neck massage. It is a shame because the staff seem friendly enough but I doubt we will waste our time visiting again.

I do not recommend this place. Had a massage today and was very disappointed. Not relaxing at all! The lady (Lucy) massaging me kept getting interrupted, speaking to other staff and opening the curtains all the time. She was talking on the phone 4 times and the phone was ringing whilst she was massaging me. The place is very loud, with the staff talking very loudly with no regard for their customers. A door to keep the noise from the outside would be good as the whole time i heard the lady from the hearing place yelling out if anyone wanted a free hearing test.So I can confidently say that I do not recommend this place, the most stressful massage I’ve had. Total waste of money and won’t be going back. Don’t waste your money.
