We recently change from another Livelife Pharmacy after having many issues and problems, but we thought we would give Livelife another chance and we are so glad we have. Jacquie the who is the owner and Ella (pharmacist) have made the transition over so smooth and easy. With what we had endured from previous store we were very worried it wouldn’t go smoothly.Not only have the made the transition over smooth and faultless they also have shown that they care and listen to each and every one of their customers.I was a very angry and frustrated customer with the previous store, and I felt like I couldn’t drop my guard down due to continued errors with Webster packs but then medications not being packed and supplied because the pharmacist was overwhelmed and took on too much personally and this caused my mum to suffer and her medical condition quicker without explanation.Jacquie has been so understanding and so supportive and obliging going above and beyond my greatest expectations.You are always great with a friendly smile from all the team at Livelife Cooroy and nothing ever seems too hard for them even when you can see how busy they all are.Jacquie & Ella, I cannot begin to thank you both so much for absolutely everything you have done and continue to do for my mum and I, this means the world to me and now you're stuck with us for life.I highly recommend all the team at Livelife Cooroy and Jacquie you obviously know not only how to treat and provide exceptional customer service but treat and develop your staff and team ensuring you all deliver a standard of customer service which is very rarely provided.Thank you again and keep up the amazing work.

Best people ever, very caring and helpful

This Pharmacy really provides great customer service, with 5 pharmacists on, and staff always on the floor and at the cash registers. It was truly a quick and easy transaction.Today I met the naturopath Kelsie, what an asset to the team.The shop is set up with clear isles and headings, its always tidy and I know they do there best to keep the shelves stocked.They were happy to special order in a particular product that they don't stock and even delivered it when it arrived.They are always donating to local businesses and charity's and I think Jacqui runs a fantastic team.Thanks Live Life, no matter how sick Im feeling, I always leave feeling better.

The care all the staff at the LiveLife Pharmacy Cooroy, have shown me over many years is above & beyond... Excellent staff know how to make you fell like one of the family. Highly recommend them as the best pharmacy I have ever been to. Keep up the exceptional service.

Very Expensive, whilst I don’t agree that everybody should compete with CW, I do believe that this pharmacy should be a little bit more aware of pricing, I paid $43.00 for scripts that I could have got for $15.49, that’s getting near to triple the discount price from the biggest discounter and double the price for smaller chain discounters.I want to support locals where I can but this just hurts the hip pocket too much. I lost my job last week due to Covert-19 and I’m conscious of the need to keep contributing to local business and propping up the local economy where I can but that just feels like gouging.It might be that concession card holders can afford to get there scripts there, but as for this little black duck I’m priced well away from here.The pharmacist did although offer me a $10 credit on my next return, that’s almost enough to buy my scripts elsewhere in the first place.

Feeling sick on a public holiday - so lucky to have a great local pharmacy to turn to. Shout out to Pam, Tania, Sarah and Leanne for getting me organised with everything I needed to make me feel better!! Friendly, fast and fabulous I couldn't ask for better service.
