It is my first time removing a tattoo and Michelle is lovely! She explained the whole process and was super patient and delicate, I didn't use numbing cream and it didn't hurt, It was really fast! I am so happy I found this place.

Michelle is very professional and made me feel very comfortable with the removal of my brows. She even did a test patch beforehand. so that they wouldn’t oxidise . I’m very Happy with the treatment so far wasn’t painful.

Rethink Laser Tattoo Removal
Myself & my partner both had our first ever tattoo removal appointments today and we’re extremely happy with how it went. We were both nervous leading up to the appointment however it was far better then expected (almost painless) with numbing cream & Michelle was incredible! We felt very comfortable & we’ve booked our next appointments with her. 100% recommend. We will go there for all of our sessions & refer anyone that is looking to have a tattoo removed.

Rethink Laser Tattoo Removal
Michelle was such a lovely, warm and friendly woman and also very professional, made me feel completely at ease. No pain with the removal of my 30yr old eyebrow tattoos (permanent makeup), I had two sessions and they are almost undetectable now. The first session's results were astounding and did most of the work fading the pigment. The second session turned my eyebrow hairs pure white (!!) temporarily but they quickly grew out to my normal colour. I'd highly recommend this place.
