Ordered rubber seal for fridge 2 months ago went see them after one month thay said thay forgot to order rubber one month later still no call from them thay didn’t even have anybody in work shop to measure fridge in all my time on earth this so called company would have to be worsted company me ever had anything to do with it’s like if it’s small job thay want nothing to do with it

Gave one star as I couldn't give zero. If you need an air con I would strongly suggest using anyone but these guys. Got a quote, the guy that came and inspected the place to quote on the job obviously doesn't do it very often as missed a simple thing that has created a extra amount of work at my cost, poor communication and was even lied to on the phone. Extremely disappointing experience with so called professionals.After having two 3rd party's inspect the job I have been told that the install is one of the worst ways you could install this type of system and any future issues or head replacement will result in a exceptional excess charges

Booked the job with them 30 January (and paid a callout fee). Didn't site-visit to diagnose the problem until 23 February (and charged travel from ROCKHAMPTON, when, in reality, they called in on their way home from another job).Was told they would send a quote in a day or 2. No quote.Rang the office 2 weeks later. No quote.Rang again 21 March. Still no quote.It is now May and still no response.

Amazing customer service and professional AC install. We received a quote within a day and they booked an appointment for us straight away. We were so happy with the whole process, given we'd just been trying to get in contact with another AC installer and they didn't respond after 2 months. Well done!

These guys are great ...friendly helpful would highly recommend to anyone needing the services they offer ...we are very happy

I agree with the previous 1 star reviews, Gladstone Refrigeration and Air-conditioning have been terrible to deal with. I have been trying to get them to repair my system for months after they came out and charged me an hours labour for a 10 minute visit. I have emailed multiple times and every time I have called they have said that I have to send through an email with details and they will call back, and they do not. Don't waste your money with this company, try someone else who won't ignore you once they have a deposit.

Used to be the top place in Gladstone and most expensive Now maybe might make the top 5 and still the most expensive now no loyalty to old customers and very little service

Was not invoiced so approached them about paying for the bill.They were supposed to split the bill as discussed, went back 2 days later to fix it up ,still no invoice split up .had already paid the service fee before attendance and was reimbursed half of it but the other party sharing the bill was charged a full call out fee as well. Have called twice to sort this out and emailed asking for my invoice and still no response 2 weeks later. The technician was great but the office staff are very poor

I got told be there arfter lunch at 1pm rang office and they were very rude and not help full thay rang me back and made it out that I was at fault what a pake of unprofessional don’t youse them go somewhere else with professional staff.
