While I get that retail has its tedious moments if your staff (young Jordon from another staff members account) are audibly categorizing the customers into derogatory groups then its time for your retail store to disappear into the rest of the online space. This was a great shopping experience once upon a time, hopefully the hearing-impaired generation keep you afloat.

Fantastic shop if you are a electronic lover has so many parts and kits available for just about all you could want to build was said to the biggest out let a few years ago .This store carry’s a big product range in comparison to a few other of there stores I have been to especially electronic components.There staff are helpful and can have a good sense of humour and know there products well.The prices at jaycar I find are very competitive for the quality of product you get .

Decent sized shop, very good range of products and plenty of stock. Jaycar folks a niche that otherwise isn't serviced.This branch though is let down by the staff. Often they seem to be more interested in continuing their conversation between themselves and on my last visit I could hear crude language that was being spoken at the counter from the back of the store.**Update Jan 2023**There always to have been a turnover of staff since the original review. Staff are now very helpful and attitudes have changed completely.

I have been using this store in and off for some time. On this occasion wanted some security system components.The layout of the store is well set up with like with like organisation.Even so I simply went to a staff member and gave him the part numbers and he quickly located the items. The best part was the advice that I was given in my job that has saved me a lot of time and money.The products on sale range from very average quality thought to higher end equipment. The staff give advice based on the needs that you have.A very friendly crew located on Main Road with good parking at the rear of the building.

While expect delays to happen, after ringing I was told my 1hr click and collect could now possibly be a 3-4 day click n collect. No other help was offered other then ring back in a couple of days"

Absolutely legendary level of customer service. I have never been so impressed! We came in sort of knowing what we wanted and we were given the most incredible advice and attention. Wish I could leave more than 5 stars.Thanks so much to Michael 1 and 2, Adam and Jack!
