Easy to park, helpful staff

As I post this, I am sitting in the Anaconda Rockhampton store after having an asthma attack outside of their store on my way to the bus. A very helpful young employee named Faith stopped for me outside and asked if I was okay before bringing me in to the store to cool down. Another wonderful enployee named Suzy stayed with me for a short while and helped me regulate my breathing. Absolutely amazing staff, very impressed and grateful for their kindness!

Looked on Anacondas web site Came to buy caravan mirrors ,asked a young guy where they might be. He looked on the computer and said we dont sell them" but I found them in the next isle."

After the manager on duty" decided he didnt like kids running around "isolation for a month" then calling them menaces to my partners face ya lucky I wasnt in the store. Spent hundreds here

My husband and I love all of the customer service each and every time we go shopping there. The staff are always willing to help us learn more about some of there products or simply finding them throughout the store.We love the warm welcoming once we step foot into the store as well.Keep up the great customer service guys.☆☆☆☆☆

I visited Anaconda Rockhampton today and could not be happier with the service I received from Andrew and the overall team. Andrew went out of his way to demonstrate the different products for me to help me make an informed decision in relation to my purchases. He was extremely knowledgeable and a lovely man to deal with so thank you Andrew and well done to the team for a great store and great staff! Would highly recommend for all of your outdoor recreational needs!

I received the worst customer service of my life in the Rockhampton Anaconda store. Over the weekend I entered the store to buy a jacket for my daughter, I grabbed a drink from the fridge on my way in thinking I could pay for it on my way out with my other purchases. My nephew then came and told me that he heard the staff at the sales counter, saying that I was stealing the drink. Shocked and embarrassed, I went over to the staff and asked if it was ok if I pay for this drink on the way out. With a scowl on her face, the attended said I should pay for it now, more embarrassed I paid for it immediately. A bit rattled over the whole situation I then went back to my shopping. My daughter then came over and said that they were still talking about me. At this point, for the very first time in my life, I thought it was worth complaining to management about this treatment, so I went and asked for the name of their manager. She gave it to me with a smile on her face. I spoke briefly with the manager on my way out who could not have cared less. I decided that I was no longer going to make any purchases at the shop, so I gathered up the kids and was walking out when the attended made a concerted effort to yell across the store for me to have a nice day. This time with a big grin like she had somehow won a battle.I'm probably most disappointed in this whole experience because I loved this store and had previously experienced excellent customer service.Oh well looks like its BCF for me from now on.

Don’t buy anything electrical because it will be refused exchange inside the 3month period when it breaks down with the garbage excuse if we’re not electricians we don’t do that, anything needing to be repaired or replaced under warranty purposes will have to be dealt with off your own skin with no assistance
