I am an experienced property buyer and this was my recent property purchase from CPG (Chin Property Group), a real estate company with a track record of selling buildings in Darwin for $50 million. I bought myself a unit for a small budget from the CPG, it was an experience that pushed my fingers towards my laptop. Initially I dealt with Seth Chin, the Managing Director of the company, ABC News (Australian Broadcasting Corporation) called CPG property barons. I have never personally met Seth, every time I spoke with him, I found him humble, honest and helpful, every member of the CPG team is exceptionally courteous, professional, committed to service and putting customers first. After I decided to buy the property, I couldn't go to Darwin due to my other commitments, so I often had to communicate with Victor Harris from CPG about various issues, photos, videos, documents. I was impressed to interact with such real estate professionals, it felt like they had been trained for decades, which confirms that clients are respected, understood, not pushed and provided with all the necessary information to make an informed decision. I ended up buying the property with great satisfaction, it was a property buying experience that will live on in my memory, the CPG team is in my opinion an example of a reliable real estate agent.
