What a fantastic team and repair job. Had a dented in rear end. I spoke to Wayne and he gave me an honest quote. Came out better than it was before the accident. Extremely happy with the professional service and finish. Would definitely recommend A++In response to Sandra's comment, I am a real customer. I had repairs done to the rear right hand bumper on my 2012 JH Cruze performed last year. The repairs and service exceeded my expectations and I would happily return again. In future, please do not try to discredit my review as I am a real customer and was more than satisfied with my repairs. As your review reiterates that of Aaron's, who's to say that you are not a false reviewer?

Elle Morton is a friend of Daniel Lippiatt- Bartel who is Wayne Bartels son ! Wayne Bartels is the owner of this business. This review has only been posted in response to the other negative review to raise the rating and is highly likely to be a fake review. All reviews on their Facebook page have been removed also since receiving a true negative review . Instead of trying to fix/solve the problem they are just trying to shut everyone down.

Wayne the owner does great body work

This is my vehicle that is displayed on the website, I paid Wayne $17k to sand blast them vehicle and repaint the car in this colour. Unfortunately although it looks good from afar, if is a terrible job as their is runs in the paint, after 1 year of being painted has rust appearing on the panels, panels which had been cut and patched have not been coated or rust treated. I asked him what he was going to do about it and he only had a 1 year warranty on the work. Since I took the vehicle from him it has been sitting in the garage under cover. If you are looking for a panel beater I would not recommend him at all, in fact i wouldn’t even give him a star rating. I will be logding a complaint to QCAT reference the work carried out.Additional to this I received a call back from him saying he doubted that the car was garage from the time that I received the car. He also said to take the car back to be rectified. He also said that if I wanted a better painted car, I should have spent $25-35k, which he did not offer. Originally he quoted me $16,500 for the job as I said I wanted to take the car to shows to display his paint work.

I would urge anyone thinking of using this panel beater to look elsewhere. Wayne and his team have ruined my car by covering up rust repairs with bog, silicone and fibreglass. There was paint scratched off another area of my car by them that they didnt repair or tell me about. My new fuel tank has been dragged across the concrete when they removed it from the car and and angle grinder cuts through a panel under the car among other things. When i confronted the shop owner about the poor quality work all that i got was ridiculous excuses. It cost me $2000 which was the quoted amount and guaranteed me it wouldnt go over this amount. He then asked for $2200 on completion of the job. All i have ended up with is a car that still needs to be repaired and he wouldnt give me any sort of refund. I have put up this honest review on facebook pages and he has had them removed from sites and even removed all negative comments from his facebook page. For doing this i recieved a verbal threat from the shop owner. He also rang my workplace to tell my boss to make me remove my posts. As if that wasnt enough, he then came into my workplace to speak with my boss face to face and threatened to take things further with the company i work for. This job was on my personal car and didnt even have anything to do with my employer. He was only out to cause trouble for me. So please stay well away from this shop to avoid damage to your car and serious disappointment.
