Hello Youngster is an amazing toy store! They offer a curated, thoughtful selection of toys and fun things for kids of all ages - and maybe even adults! I was so grateful for the considerate help and guidance shown, and the genuine kindness & appreciation from the staff. Ordered a Christmas present on 7th Dec, to ensure enough time for delivery before Christmas. My order was refunded without notice on Sat 17th Dec. Not enough time to order another Christmas present in time. No explanation given. Terrible service. Do not recommend.

This place blew me away from a customer service perspective. If you are on the hunt for kids toys in Melbourne, or the rest of Australia for that matter (I ordered from Sydney). I highly recommend you give this toy shop a shot for their analog focused toys that's backed up by extremely personal customer service. Love the Candylab wooden car toys they stock very cool stuff!
