I have nothing but great things to say about my experience with Randstad Sydney. Both Shiv & Ebru went above & beyond to help me find a new role. They were both very supportive & were always following up with me along every step of the process. They were professional and yet still very down to earth and friendly, and were successful in finding me a new job! Also, they are very hard workers and very dedicated to their job. My consultant was Roslyn, who was so amazing. I felt like she definitely cared about me as a client and was so nice and communicative.She responds to your messages quickly, listens to your needs and is always there to help you. All the while being the nicest!She also helped me out by sending my CV and Cover Letter to numerous places for me, which made my life so much easier and less time consuming. Then she set up four interviews for me, and did all the negotiating and contractual work for me. I’ve honestly never experienced such a smooth and helpful service before.Thanks to her I was able to find a place that best suited me and that I was happy with.12/10 would recommend!

There was a smooth sailing deal with Monica from initial approach by her up to securing my new role. Even there was a slight delayed with her client side on finalizing the contract but still she managed to came up a good result. Cheers Monica for the fantastic job. Sean went absolutely above and beyond and didn’t rest til he found me the perfect position. He calmed my nerves, gave me all information relevant, answered my messages outside of work hours, empathised, made sure to schedule interviews at times that worked for me, coached me and did all he could to make sure I was happy with the offer. Not only is he amazing at his job, he’s also just a really genuine nice person who you can trust. Always go with a recruiter instead of going it alone, it’ll take you further than you could imagine. Great service! Fast and effective communication. The staffs, especially Jinny was wonderful. She gave me interview training, provide helpful advices and feedbacks which help me throughout my interview process. She is very quick to respond to my questions and concerns, genuinely want to help me and always there to encourage me, but also very professional.
