Very Disappointed in the lack of service, and dismissive ignorant attitudes from the owners..After 3 weeks of waiting for a casing for my pool Cell, and them losing the original cell and casing that I had brought to them, They then vehemently denied ever having it, and made me out to be a liar, this resulting in costing me an additional $260.00.No pool for 3weeeks in the hottest month of the year (and Australia day weekend) No apology or care was given by the owners !!! Disgusting customer service, will be going across the road from now on...

Lovely staff took over a year ago 2022 and are very willing to help and have come out quickly to fix things when needed. Sarah is so helpful and always happy, Jono a great techy! Pool looking great! Would highly recommend them! I am a customer.

Great that they are open on the weekends. Ladies slow and often rudish in nature. The one off service - you don't get what you pay for. Business would do well with customer service improvements.

Not happy, they charged me $89 for a pool service, the floor on my pool is still left green and junk on the floor, the whole idea I got Wayne to clean my pool is because I wanted the pool floor VACUUMED, but Wayne did not do that. All he did was ad a whole bunch of chemicals apparently" which I did not see him do

overpriced on chemicals. Went across the road to the poolshop over there and was a lot cheaper. Really friendly guy as well, not after the money it seemed
