Great GPs, Staff are friendly and always do try to help out, go above and beyond when in need, the nurses are great!

Great clinic, Dr Sandye is empathetic and very knowledgeable. Lucky to have such expertise in our town!

This medical centre is worst I have ever attended and I am over 65 so I have had a few visits to the doctors. What is the most important for them is how often you come to the surgery to deserve a doctor to see you or have over the phone consultation. When you call reception they hang up on you. Very, very bad and arrogant and no dedication to try to help people in need

I give the doctors in this practice 5 stars however they are let down significantly by a very rude older receptionist who is obviously unhappy in her job and it shows.

Upon reviewing my Medicare charges, it would appear that I have been charged for a long consultation every time I’ve seen a certain female doctor (not Jenny)& yet I’ve been in & out in less than 10 minutes. Would not recommend this particular doctor who does not seem to be very up to date with current procedures.

Lyn the receptionist is unpleasant, purposely unhelpful with anything even essential medical documentation & rudely speaks down to patients.Doctors leaving the practice regularly & only sometimes replaced. Go to a medical centre that wants patients, this one doesn’t.

I've spent years going here and never had any issues except for one receptionist that I think has been there a little too long. She's very rude and scoffs at you on the phone , she also has no issue hanging up on you whilst being rude, it bothers me when people decide to work in care environments when they're clearly the wrong type of person for the job I hope she moves on soon as the doctors deserve much better then to have their reputations brought down due to her.

If I could give Lyn the receptionist no stars I would. Never have I come across such exceptionally rude and difficult human being. It's such a shame as the doctors are so helpful and caring as well as all the other receptionist that work there so many move on. I wonder why. I feel so sorry for anyone having to deal with her. When people call a medical center they are already so vulnerable having to deal with her only adds to an already overflowing plate.I have witness her being rude to everyone apart from me. The Dr's the other receptionist and of course all other patients. I wonder how long this will go on

Whenever I travel to Pottsville, I drop into this medical clinic. The doctors are very good and take a lot of time with me.In 2022, I dealt with some serious breathing issues relating to my asthma. I had been to the hospital twice and I saw a bunch of doctors for over a year, but nothing helped.I'm not a big fan of antibiotics and had 3 courses back to back without success. But then I came to Pottsville and met a great Sri Lankan doctor who took the time to actually ask me questions about my unusual symptoms, which was something no one else had done before.Thanks to their help, they were able to figure out what was going on with my reflexive cough. It's made such a huge difference in my life and I'm really grateful. No more antibiotics! (YAY)Also, the staff here is amazing. Every time I go, they treat me with kindness and respect. Everyone I know has had a positive experience at this clinic.
