I would not hesitate to recommend Ludovic as your Real Estate Agent. During the sale of our property he was always prepared to go the extra mile for us and nothing was ever too much trouble. The personal touch was very evident and we felt we were always high on the list of priorities for Belle Maison, unlike our experiences with some of the big real estate companies. We sold for a record price in our street, which in the current market was quite a feat! Thanks Ludovic!

We had the best Real Estate experience of our lives, so far, after meeting Arthur. He caught me on a day that I actually had time to stop and listen, although he got right to the point of his visit with humor and witty banter. He convinced us to give him a figure to sell our investment property, even though we had no intentions of selling it. So a crazy figure was given, along with strict instructions that we were not putting it on the market and we did not want to be bothered in any way, unless he had a signed contract, with us clearing that crazy figure. He obviously knew the market better then we did, as he had serious interest within two days and a signed contract within the week. What an amazing result!! Needless to say.. we sold it, how could we not!! Arthur is a genuine, professional Real Estate Agent, who knows his stuff.. we highly recommend him!! Thanks again Arthur!! :)

I’ve had wonderful service from Belle Maison Realty when buying our new property recently. We had some complications with our purchasing because we were moving back from the UK but we found Ludo and Lisa’s team to be efficient, careful and supportive.All the paperwork and documents were quite a headache until we got Belle Maison to help us and explain in detail everything we needed. Basically they go at your pace (which is something you appreciate when signing so many documents). I highly recommend the team and their professionalism, thank you!

We have had a very bad experience with this agency, Lisa our agent hardly ever responded to emails, very bad customer service.They have not followed the RTA processes, the owner of our house claimed money from the bond and we were never notified by Lisa of this. (She received an email about this but never sent it to us)When we left the house the agency kept part of our bond, after a lot of emails asking for proof of what they had taken from us we realized that due to a failure in their system they had not registered the last payment of the rent that we made, we sent them evidence of this from our bank and an explanation and they do not want to return that money to us, they have kept more than 500 dollars of our money, they don't want to admit their mistake and they simply want to close the case. Totally unfair, we have proof of everything.

Arthur was warm and came across as genuine and ethical from the first meeting. Whereas other agents appeared more concerned about number of sales and their Commission, Arthur made me believe he wanted to achieve the best sale figure in my best interest. Very rare in this cutthroat and not always professional real estate world I've discovered. I genuinely hope Arthur does not lose those genuine and caring traits as I truly believe that is what most buyers and sellers appreciate in an agent. I certainly do which is why I will use Arthur again and will highly recommend him to everyone I know. He went over and above especially when I was in hospital and unable to prepare for open homes. He helped tidy and style my house knowing how I would wish my house to be presented. Only caring and genuine people would do that because he does not put Commission before his caring and friendly nature. Highly recommend Arthur to anyone looking for both a professional and ethical agent.

I rent a house through them for over 3 years and customer service was horrible. My agent Lisa didn't reply to my emails and when I left the property I did not receive my whole bond refunded. I asked for explanations and proofs of why was missing part of the bond and she sent me the claiming invoices, which were totally right except for the $500 that were not proof but missing. I asked several times for the explanation of that $500 missed and didn't receive anything but impolite answers. I do not recommend this agency at all.

Excellent service with an excellent outcome.This is the second time we have used Trevor Groves as our Agent, once as a buyer and once as a seller. On both occasions we found his Real Estate knowledge to be extremely good and his overall manner very professional.Specifically, in relation to our recent sale, Trevor kept us fully informed throughout the process and went out of his way to follow up with potential buyers. There were a number of 'hiccups' in the sale process (nothing to do with Trevor), but Trevor followed up on these for us which made things a lot easier for us.The sale outcome was very good and at all times Trevor was very open and honest. We would certainly look to use Trevor as an agent for any future property transactions and have no hesitation in recommending his services.
