Adrian and the Airlement team recently installed a ducted system in our 115 year old semi in the Inner West.The team were able to diagnose and come up with a cooling/heating solution that other companies didn't even think about. As our house is old, there were some 'quirk's that the team needed to address about during the install. They were able to troubleshoot it perfectly.We really appreciate them taking the time to focus on what outcome we wanted to achieve and work backwards on a solution.Their professionalism and technical advice is second to none.We can't recommended the Airlement team more highly!

After sweltering all summer long and than freezing during winter due to lack of knowledge from previous air con companies we had used, Adrian had us relaxing at home comfortably in no time. Such an extremely knowledgeable, genuinely caring man who isn't out to make a quick buck. He worked out the best solution for our current air conditioning system, and had it running perfectly in no time. Whilst other air con companies basically told us we needed to change the whole ducted system. I can not recommend Adrian and his team highly enough. Not only was he prompt and professional, his communication was fantastic from start to finish.

Adrian is one of the most honest and polite tradesperson I’ve met. He had come over to provide a quote to replace my ducted system, and after a thorough inspection was very honest about the fact that he won’t be able to provide what I was looking for. What I also appreciated was that he gave me a very thorough explanation and reason behind his decision, and also went the extra mile to help me out by providing feedback on a couple of other quotations received. It was a breath of fresh air to deal with someone who just isn’t interested saying yes for the money. Wouldn’t hesitate to use him in future if I needed.
