I’ve got a new dress watch on my birthday a month ago, and I got them to take some links off to suit my wrist, the process of taking the links was fast, but there’s not enough care on the actual watch, they scratched the face of it, when I brought it there it was brand new, but after that, everytime I look at my watch my eyes just draw to the scratches and it’s hard not to see them. It’s just a shame I wish they had the same care as I have with my watch.

Very overpriced. I called and was quoted to replace battery in my car key would start at $21 and to buy the battery itself the cost was $7.95 this is for a single battery where every other store sells these in packs of 2 or more for around $6 this is a mark-up of $5 or more per battery depending on brand if they had to pay retail price

Arrived at Glendale and my car would not lock as my key went flat. Went to Mister Minit and said I cant lock my car as my key fob is flat. Straight away the lovely lady replaced the battery and I was back in business and gave me 10% discount on my next battery replacement. Service was just amazing 5 min later I was back in business.

Visited this store at 5:20pm seeking to get a wrist watch engraved with two words and the year. I completely understand that they close at 5:30pm, and was expecting to drop the watch off and pick it up the next day. The worker who served me was obviously in a rush to be done with the day and insisted he could do it this afternoon. The low quality craftsmanship and attitude really shows that.

Refused to cut a key shell from elsewhere, wanted to charge $60 for a new shell. Good business mate, refuse to service people who buy the $5 shell elsewhere so you can get your $55 profit.

I am very happy with my experience at mister minit, I needed my car key fixed and programd he did both in 10 minutes and it cost me much less than I thought it would I am so glad I went there and I will definitely be going back when I need to

Customer service was great. I went to get a watch band altered. Job was done well and in a timely manner. I had been here previously to get a key cut also and enraving. Highly recommended!

Service good. Battery replaced 16/4/2019, again replaced 28/10/19. Watch stopped 1/5/2020. Apparently batteries only last 6 months with 2 year warranty from original replacement, supposedly quality Energizer Batteries. Used.??????
