I can't speak highly enough of the empathy and customer service demonstrated by Paul, Bruce, James and Gary. They have so much more to offer than just bin hire. My sister and I had a 50 acre farm to clean up after the passing of our parents. The actual bin hire was OK however, and I accept it was my error, I didn't check the website before arranging delivery of the bin. I just googled the phone number. Had I checked the website, I might have noted that the hire cost only includes 500kg of waste.I received a surprising call from Big Boy bins asking me for a significant extra amount as I was overweight".
