This is the best gym you could possibly go to. The staff are absolutely amazing. The coaches are fantastic. Happy and friendly environment .. and literally every piece of equipment you could possibly ask for.

Excellent facilities, great trainers. Classes are fun and well organized- I wish there were a few more in the middle of the day but the current timetable is more than adequate. Overall great place to work out!

I have been participating in this facility for several years. Clean changing rooms, big space and state of the art equipment!! The staff is always attentive and ready to meet the needs of customers with friendliness and professionalism. They are also applauded for the work and dedication they put into making everything welcoming and efficient. I say it to everyone!!!

Nice environment. Well equipped, rich with instruments, u can get any instruments according to ur need of bodybuilding. Satisfied with their service. It is the best gym in this area.

Excellent gym with spacious, well equipped and clean rooms. Different courses in each time slot conducted by highly professional staff, qualified staff for each individual discipline. Friendly, calm, and familiar atmosphere with which you interact. A must try!

The pool is spacious and well lit while the weight room is very well stocked and clean, the instructors are kind and helpful, the range of courses offered and the location is very convenient and accessible!

$15 a week, no lock in and a small 6 monthly fee. How could you choose anywhere else?Classes, creche are also included.I love this place and spend a good 10 hours a week here.The equipment is fresh, maintained and just a joy to use.Does get extremely busy 3:30 - 6pm due its amazing location behind the industrial estate.PTs are very knowledgeable.Benny is always available for questions and is happy to help with form if you ask.
