I have never been more disappointed leaving a hair salon. To begin with I was told that I was getting a senior hair stylist from Garden City due to my usual stylist being away. This was completely fine and I felt safe knowing that it was a senior hairstylist but to be honest she was probably the worst stylist I have ever experienced. After putting foils in my hair and then toner I was given pure white hair, so white it was actually turning purple. I said multiple times that this was not what I wanted and this stylist repeatedly invalidated me and shut me up. I was practically in tears it looked that bad. Once I finally convinced her to re-tone my hair she (what I believe was out of spite) toned it brown, leaving it darker than my own hair colour putting all the foils that I had purchased to lighten my hair to complete waste. My hair was then cut by another stylist extremely quickly which ended up in me having a very uneven cut with the thinning out just not happening at all, I ended up with an awful colour and hair cut. I will never come back here again. If you want nice hair that doesn’t look botched, I suggest looking at another salon. They are rude and do not care about their customers at all.

Blue Diamond Hair helped me get back to blond after 5 months of regrowth! Unfortunately I was unable to stay for a straighten and after photo as I didn’t realise how long the appointment would take and had other commitments, but once straightened at home my hair looked great! This was a huge job as I had grown out foils and wanted to go back to a scalp bleach. They got me there without ruining the integrity of my hair!

I had a wonderful experience today at the Hyperdome salon. My hair consultant was Jasmine. She worked tirelessly to provide me with spectacular customer service. I wanted to highlight my very dark brown hair with subtle brown highlights. Jasmine did a wonderful job. She also gave me a haircut, which was exactly what I wanted, an an Aura Express Treatment. Jasmine explained all of the prices to me clearly and helped me with any questions that I had throughout the process. I would highly recommend this hair salon and will definitely be going back in the future for keratin treatments, as well as styling. The staff were friendly and communicative and my experience was truly lovely. I am very pleased with my hair. Thank you Jasmine!

This is the third time coming to the salon here. I have enjoyed my experience thus far. Unfortunately it was a bit underwhelming this time around. Typically I get offered more than one coffee, have communication on how long treatment would take. I pay the extra money for a VIP session, unfortunately I don’t think will do this again as it appeared that they weren’t prepared for the room to be used. When I reminded them I had booked and paid for it, it felt like an inconvenience. I have had three different people do parts of my treatment. This time I haven’t come in done up I make up and nice clothes, I feel that this affected the way I was treated as I wasn’t offered the opportunity to have before and after photos taken, something offered every time before and what I believe should be part of the VIP package. I pay for VIP to have some me time and a big of luxury. I think they missed the mark today. However I will consider going back eventually.

I just had my hair done by Kimberley, she went above and beyond to ensure my colour was perfect and it was a difficult job due to my original hair colour. She went out of her way until it was perfect and made my day so special, Kimberley is so talented and so fun to have as a stylist!! I have been going to Blue Diamond for ages and they are a fantastic salon. Highly recommended.

Amazing, got my first ever perm a d i couldn't be happier. Everyone was so lovely and was just a great environment will now be my regular hair dressers.Thank you again I love my hair.

I’ve found my new hair salon. I was looked after completely and my hair looks great. I have alopecia and Kimberley was so understanding and really listened and made me feel really comfortable. I’m also a wheelchair user and there was plenty of room to accommodate and they went above and beyond to help me. Highly recommend! Nothing but positive things to say about Blue Diamond Hair Co at Hyperdome.
