Jim's Cleaning Woy Woy

We booked Jim’s Cleaning Woy Woy for an ($400) end of lease clean. Following the clean we returned to the home and thought the cleaner hadn’t been yet. Following a phone call to the cleaner, he said he had been and the job was finished. The walls were dirty, the windows were dirty, there was still dust everywhere, it looked like he had vacuumed and done a light mop. He was unable to return before the keys needed to be returned. We ended up having to clean the place ourselves which is what we wanted to avoid being busy working professionals. Would not use this service ever again. Absolutely terrible.

The cleaner called last minute and wanted to reschedule, Then on the day he yelled at the building cleaning lady. (She explained she has mopped the area next to the lift and to avoid using it, despite he went again and again to get his stuff of his car. He could have politely asked for permission to get his together and work with her but No started yelling at 6am in the morning on the building cleaning lady. I had to step in to settle it down.Then after the clean when the real estate had feedback he failed to respond and did not explain me any terms of breach or anything.Meaning I need to ask my real to organise a cleaner that would meet their requirements and pay more than i thought as Jims cleaning was for end of lease clean.I would highly recommend to use your locals at least they listen to you and talk to you politely unlike Jims cleaning.
