Autumn Nails

Really disappointed in my nails. I requested gel nails which looked great, only for them to chip within an hour. I returned to the salon and they were happy to repair them, however by the end of the day, I have another 3 chipped nails. I wasn’t doing any heavy duty work - and would expect them to last more than a few hours. I understand that they will fix them if I return - but I simply don’t have time to attend a nail salon each day just to fix chipped nails. Really disappointed and won’t be returning.

Worst nail experience ever, we booked for two people for sns, nails were awful, messy and expensive, there was one lady attending to lots of clients, it took 2 hours for a plain colour of sns.Do NOT recommend

Worst spa pedicure I have ever had, 15 minutes of slap dash. I know it is a budget place but $40 later I felt a bit ripped off. Plus they forgot about me sitting under the cold fan. Plus the nails took more than 90 minutes to dry. They were prompt staring as I had made an appt.

I attended Autumn Nails today. I was very hesitant as I had read these reviews and was not going to go. I entered the door to a very clean shop and friendly staff. They asked me to come back in half an hour as their shop was full with customers , I returned and sat down and had a lovely conversation with the lady who done a fantastic job on my nails . I was also offered a bottle of water. All the customers I seen were very happy with their service , one lady told them to keep the change as she was happy with the service. I don’t live in the area but I would travel back to get my nails done again, and maybe my first ever pedicure. The service was completely opposite to the reviews. Staff were so friendly, polite and are an amazing team of ladies. Maybe the management has changed since the bad reviews, I’m not sure. I have been to many nail salons and this is by far the best around. Thank you for the lovely service ladies

The ladies were all very polite and worked well together. This was my first visit as I usually go to kpro nails. I loved my nails and will be back. Kpro staff are rude and rush too much. My nails looked terrible with bubbled old thick nail polish which started to chip off the following day. My finger was cut with the dremel tool. Autumn nails is where I will be going from now on. Wonderful service. Thank you for my beautiful nails.

I went twice to do my nails and pedicure with them. My experience with them was that the service was not friendly. I always called in advance for a booking and they give you a time but do not respect it. I am not sure they sincerely take your booking into account. They just want to have more clients on the day even though they are fully booked. They do not clean their posts or the material used after clients. I am sorry but it’s gross. One of the staff members was not gentle when removing my old nail polish which hurt me a bit and damaged my cuticles. However, they applied the colours I wanted and the quality of the nail polish was great. For me the quality of the service is also as important as your nails. They definitely need to improve that.

I am so pleased we have this service in Warrnambool!I love my recent toe nails and the ladies ability to ' give a girl what she wants'.Thank you to these ladies who are hard working, friendly, and very talented. It is also nice that you are able to fit clients in at short notice AAA*****

Shocking, just shocking.I booked my appointment in advance for 4.30 and was not served until 5pm, I felt as if though they had no consideration for my booking time whatsoever.One of the technicians had brought in her child who was extremely sick and upset which I thought was highly unprofessional and inappropriate, especially given the amount of Covid circulating in the community at present.My nails were stuck on very quickly, carelessly, unevenly and my technician managed to cut the skin surrounding my nails, all while I was spoken to very rudely and was ridiculed in their native language which I found extremely insulting!I showed my technician the image of what I wanted my nails to look like & what I received was completely different and so very disappointing. This service cost me $80 and I wasn’t informed that they take cash only until last minute. I wish I could get my money back!Disrespectful, discourteous and careless.I’d rate a 0 out of 5 starts if I could!

Despite the poor reviews I ended up here a few weeks ago and I was so thrilled with the results. My nails have never looked better. Thank you so much, I will be back next time I’m in Warrnambool x
