Worst experience. Trust me more than worst . I called today regarding canceling my membership as it was a 3 month contract. And I told the women on the call that I wanna cancel my membership simply said “email us thanks “ didn’t even let me complete my query and hang the phone up . If there was any negative ratings I would have gave them -5 stars.

This place and staff doesn’t even deserve one star !Staff are rude including the manager , poor customer service .Specifically discriminate towards other nationalities.Most of the year pool , steam room are shut down . So half of the year you’d pay for a Membership and you won’t even be able to use the facilities.Gym area is not safe due to uneven floors and place is dirty .

Unfair treatmentIntimidating, unprofessional management hereDo not raise your concerns and if you do have someone with you because it will be turned against you and you will be made out to be rude and you will be bullied out without having your say. This does not apply to all staff and On the positive note the staff who do classes are really good to train with. After reading another review I have now realised that it could be a nationality issue here.

If I could give zero stars I would.Attitude of staff appalling. Can confirm the racist attitude referred to by other reviewers. Facilities dated and pool, steam room, spa etc all consistently out of order. Beware.

Seriously! 1 star is for the facilities, Staff is -5 stars. Can't believe how rude and verbally abusive these people are, especially in business. I even used to work here many years ago.I've Been a member of Revive Fitness for years, now been bought out by 24 Power fit. Rang early afternoon to renew membership no return call in over 4hrs. Returned call to renew with special offer, got told can't do over phone quite rudely and that i had to go in by 7.30pm. I did that and Courtney the receptionist continued being extremely rude, aggressive and condescending.She rang manager and lied about me not wanting to leave the gym when asked, even though i was told by her to wait until she finished serving the current customer.i patiently waited for a while quietly. She then lied about how aggressive i was and the manager believed her. Luckily these iphones are great for video recording evidence.Manager was not helpful on the phone and said she'll ring me tomorrow.I'll wait and see if manager returns my call tomorrow. However i highly recommend NOT using their services if this is the best they can be.From the most recent google reviews i see that i'm not alone in the appalling aggressive services that they now employ.Maybe they're making too much $$ and don't need more customers.

New staff is horrendous, I have been going there for over a year and before there was this nice lady gave me a tour and everything but ever since she left the staff is horrible . I do NOT recommend this gym you will not feel welcomed at all.The memberships are way over priced and give you THE HARDEST TIME trying to cancel itHorriblewould give it zero starts

The only reason I didn’t give 1 star is because the crèche was fantastic. Everything else is old & not worth the amount you’re paying. I used the weights area and the machines and weights are all very old and need to be replaced, it’s not worth the amount and is dangerous.

Got everything you need for working out, including fitness classed.The bonus are swimming pool, spa and steam room.It is not a fancy Gym but clean and tidy. The equipment are good. Open 24/7

$36 to play squash. We have our own rackets. We had to hire a ball as I left it at home. . $5 for hire. The same balls sell for $4 at sports store.
