I believe this place used to exist, then closed down for a number of years, and is now newly open, located two shops down from Curry King Express. First off, their bread is fresh and assertively crispy, yet doesn't cut your mouth. The banh mi thit ($7.5) was really fresh and enjoyable - strong on coriander, chilli is nice and hot, pork is moist. The crispy pork ($9) is on the fatty side, but I like it that way - the meat is juicy and the crackling very crunchy. In general, they are a little heavy-handed on the mayo - wouldn't mind less mayo and more pate - but great rolls!

So pleased to see this place reopen post lockdown. The place is new, clean and shiny. Staff are super friendly. Came here for a Vietnamese sandwich Bahn mi. Got the classic pork and a chicken one. Needs more sauce in the sando but the demi baguette was crunchy. Carrot heavy but I like it! Recommend their sandwiches! Will try the danishes next time.

Their banh mi is very worth it.Some of the danishes also not consistent but it is slightly noticeable, not affecting the taste much. The cakes most of the times are nice unfortunately sometimes not the best as they are not consistent also. But it is very proper for the price. The owner and staffs are nice.

This is a basic Vietnamese style bakery that you would find in almost every suburb. If you are after a quick takeaway sandwich you cannot go past the “meat ball, bread roll” for the princely sum of $5.50Basically a plain bread roll, filled with your choice of salad and two meatball broken apart. Why not try Lemon grass chicken as the protein for something different. My favourite combination is some pate spread, Tomato, cucumber lettuce, spring onion’s, soy sauce and some fresh chilli.I have attached a picture of what I ask for so you get an idea.

About time we had a bakery back in the area. Maroubra Junction once had a choice of three. Love their croissants. They also make a very good Vietnamese roll - my fave is the crispy pork.

Hands down one of the best viet bakeries in Sydney! The rolls are crunchy and the fillings are fresh as can be. They also have a delicious selection of baked goods and desserts, all for a very affordable price. Owners are lovely people too! Definitely give this place a try, you won't be disappointed!
