Supercheap Auto Sunshine

This store has changed significantly, looks like they had a full makeover unbelievably organised and tidy, staff are extremely helpful even under pressure and busy times. Well stocked and knowledgeable with their products and services, definitely going to be my new home!!

If I can rate zero star to this Sunshine store I would, customer service is freaking poor, I’m standing here waiting for service for more than 10 minutes for him to talk about his private life with another lady. I’m standing right in front of him watching him, he just ignored me completely, like I don’t exist. Then a rude female staff passed by, I reached out to her, she was also trying to ignore me by saying I don’t have a key for the window, I told her how long I have waited for service, she rudely replied we are short of staff. You short of staff my ass….. he was too busy telling the lady his entire life with cars and you just f…. K hidden in the back room and got annoyed when I asked for your service. No wonder this place is so dead quiet.If you people don’t want to experience the service that I just had please avoid this place.

Philip has been such a helpful and skillful assistant. He not only helped locating the right type of light bulb, also tried and successfully replaced it while my car battery was in the way, which means he was patient and skillful at his work while not charging extra for moving the battery out of the way, also he checked every detail to make sure it worked well after being installed, I appreciate his conscientious work ethic very much. Meanwhile, I also witnessed that he helped ring to return a wallet to its owner.Thank you for having such an excellent and good person in your store.

Customer service was very poor and i received wrong product advice. Girl with long eyeslah was rude and unpleasant.

I recently visited Sunshine Supercheap and was disappointed with the customer service I received. When I asked for help finding an item, the staff member (Blond girl) I approached was unprofessional, and rude. She was looking like ready for a fight.Then I asked another staff member who told me they didn't have the item I was looking for. However, I eventually found the item myself and there were more than one in stock. Overall, my experience at Sunshine Supercheap left a lot to be desired.I would not recommend this store to others.I hope the management educate the staff at Sunshine Super Cheap."

Went to sunshine store was very impressed with the new look easier to find things and if can’t find the amazing staff are there to help young blonde girl knows her parts which was refreshing I want go anywhere else for parts now thanks SuperCheap Sunshine aaaaaa+++++++

Got served by an elderly lady at Supercheap Werribee today. She was very friendly and helpful, and went out of her way to take me to exactly the right isle and showed me on the shelf where the item I need was located.

I have never ever felt compelled to leave a review on Google up until now. The way I was treated in this new, relocated store on Ballarat Rd in Sunshine North was so shockingly awful. Where has the original staff from Harvester Road gone?Stopped by this store around 4pm Monday 03/04/23 to replace a faulty bottle of coolant which had leaked all over the boot of my car.Original purchase was at Hoppers Crossing store and through communications with the amazing staff and manager there, it was confirmed within consumers rights to receive a refund or exchange at any Supercheap Auto franchise.The two female staff attending the service desk at this Sunshine store are poorly trained, unprofessional and displayed disgusting behaviour!Especially the brunette girl with eyelash extensions, who refused to help me multiple times, even when I had stepped in and out of the store three times in stress, humiliation and desperation to constantly contact the Hoppers Crossing store, due to her refusal to assist me. Turns out she even called their store to abuse them for giving me such advice that they were obliged to assist me with my claim! How disgusting is that!I live 5 minutes down the road but will never ever step foot into this store ever again. You people ought to be ashamed of yourselves.Fellow customers and consumers - do yourselves a favour and head down to the Hoppers Crossing store where they take pride in the way they treat their customers and uphold their policies & ethics!
